Identification Checks
If an offer is accepted on a property marketed by Miles & Barr, all purchasers are required to complete ID verification checks. This is a legal obligation under Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. Walmer is a town situated in Kent, which lies on the English Channel, six-miles south-east of Sandwich and eight miles north-east of Dover. Its coastline, castle and castle gardens attract many visitors.
